Current Distractions, April 2019 Edition

I'm pretty sure I always say this, but April has absolutely flown by in the most astonishing way. The beginning of the month is a blur after hosting my sister's bridal shower and I've kind of been recovering from the first week of it ever since.

Swimming
My cumulative swim distance total for the year is now up to 60km, which is very exciting. I had a bit of a setback and skipped a week at the beginning of the month, and have been feeling the effects of that break ever since, but that's just made me want to swim even more. I also have an open water swim twinkle in my eye that I'm trying to relax about until I can hop in a lake and actually go for a short swim sometime this summer.
