Current Distractions, July 2021 Edition

Now that I've sort of finished this project and have found myself entirely distracted from the work to really wrap things up in the way I want to, I've been thinking a lot about what is going to become of this blog moving forward a year or two from now. I really like having a reading record for myself and whoever else might stumble upon it, but I've been thinking lately that I have other records that I might rather focus on more, personal ones that I had before this blog existed, and that will be around after it as well. This isn't me saying I'm throwing in the towel (I'll do a proper announcement post before that happens, if it does), only that it's on my mind, along with a lot of other things and life evaluation. This past month I started a new job, and so I'm really looking at a lot of potential areas of renewal elsewhere.

As per some other recent posts, instead of commenting on books, I'd like to draw your attention to my What I'm Reading posts.

His Girl Friday
The Last Unicorn
An Autumn Afternoon
Trying to finish up season 7 of Star Trek: The Next Generation prior to cancelling my Netflix subscription
